The Rest by Jef Lambeaux
THE REST BY JEF LAMBEAUX
Description : Sculptures with the title « Femme couchée » recur several times in this very productive artist’s oeuvre. It is not easy to determine precisely which sculptures are concerned, because in many cases the necessary illustrations are missing. An added difficulty is the fact that the same versions occur in marble and in bronze and that they were almost never dated.
